About the Organizational Design category

Here we may find information and stories related to the design of organizations.
The idea is to have in a single place all we need to know on how to build effective organizations, while not choosing this or that framework or theory, and trying to provide objective data on the context where they arose and the contexts where they apply and have been tested. The idea is also to be able to actually develop an understanding of what is the best organization for a given context.
